Return and Cancellation Policy
Your Satisfaction, Our Priority At Karigur, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. As our dresses are exclusively made to order and tailored to your specific measurements, they are uniquely crafted for you. Consequently, we cannot accept returns as each garment is not resalable.
Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of your purchase. Beyond this period, cancellations are not possible as the production process for your custom dress will have already begun. Please note that after 24 hours, the full payment is non-refundable as it compensates for the initiation of production.
Quality Assurance We take great care to ensure your dress fits perfectly. We rely on the accuracy of the measurements you provide and maintain rigorous quality checks throughout the creation process to avoid any need for returns.
Return Requests If there's a significant issue with your order and you believe a return is justified, please contact us directly at support@karigur.com or through our customer service numbers. To consider your return request, you'll need to provide your order number or proof of purchase. We ask that you reach out to us directly before involving payment processors as direct communication allows us to address your concerns more effectively and efficiently.
Restocking Fee For any custom dress that is approved for return under exceptional circumstances, a 35% restocking fee will apply due to the bespoke nature of our products.
Refunds and Return Shipping If a return is authorized:
- You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee the return shipment reaches us.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within approximately two weeks.
Timeline for Custom Bridal Dresses Please allow a minimum of 16 weeks for the completion of any custom bridal dress. We do not offer rush orders. Karigur is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
