We offer a 5-day return window for online ready-to-wear purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us for return instructions.

Custom Orders & Returns
As each Karigur creation is exclusively crafted to your measurements and preferences, we maintain a strict no-returns policy for custom orders. This ensures we can continue offering the highest level of personalization and craftsmanship that our clients expect.
Understanding Our Process

- Production begins within 24 hours of order confirmation
- Custom pieces cannot be resold due to their bespoke nature
Order Cancellations
We understand circumstances can change. Here's what you need to know:
- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase
- After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as production begins
- Full payment becomes non-refundable after the 24-hour window
Production Timeline
- Standard custom bridal orders require 16 weeks for completion
- This timeline ensures perfect execution of every detail
- We do not offer rush orders to maintain our quality standards
- External factors may occasionally affect completion times
Quality Assurance
Our rigorous quality control process includes:
- Multiple fitting checks against provided measurements
- Detailed inspections at every production stage
- Final verification before shipping

For Approved Returns:
- A 15% restocking fee applies
- Customer bears return shipping costs & fees
- Original shipping costs incurred by Karigur are non-refundable
- Refunds process within two weeks after inspection
- Credit applies to the original payment method
