Karigur Bridal

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Karigur Bridal collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit this website (the “Site”), submit an inquiry, book a consultation, or place an order. We keep what we collect to a minimum and handle it with care.

1. Who controls your information

Karigur and Karigur Bridal — including this website and the brand’s social media accounts — are owned and operated by HR Collections Pvt. Ltd. (“Karigur”, “we”, “us”, “our”), headquartered at Noori House, Phase 2, Defence Housing Authority (DHA), Karachi, Sindh 75500, Pakistan. Karigur is the controller of personal information collected through the Site.

North American orders are fulfilled by Karigur Bridal — North American Flagship, 5602 Tenth Line W, Unit 119, Mississauga, ON L5M 7L9, Canada (the “North American Flagship”), which is the seller of record for those orders. The North American Flagship processes the personal information needed to charge, ship, and support your North American order, and to handle its returns and exchanges. Karigur and the North American Flagship share information with each other only as needed to serve you and run the business.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need:

  • Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your request when you book a consultation or send an inquiry; your shipping/billing address and order details when you buy; your event or wedding date; and, if you already have an order with us, your order number.
  • Payment information — when you pay for a North American order, payment is processed by our payment provider and/or Shopify. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our systems.
  • Information collected automatically — basic technical and usage data such as IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, and referring page, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6). Our analytics tools only run if and when an analytics ID has been configured (see Section 6).
  • Messages — the content of messages you send us across channels (for example email, website chat, phone, or social/messaging platforms) so we can respond and keep a record of your request.

We do not seek to collect more personal data than we need, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your inquiries and book and manage your consultations;
  • process, fulfill, ship, and support your orders, and handle returns and exchanges (North American orders via the North American Flagship);
  • communicate with you about your appointment, order, or request (service and transactional messages);
  • maintain the relationship and history needed to serve you well;
  • operate, secure, and improve the Site; and
  • meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

Marketing: we will only send marketing or promotional messages where we have the consent or other legal basis required by the law that applies to you, and you can opt out at any time. Service and transactional messages tied to a real appointment or order are not marketing.

4. When we use AI to assist

We may use automated tools, including AI assistants, to help respond to messages quickly and to organize your request. These tools work with the information you provide and with our own approved business knowledge. Sensitive matters — for example questions about an existing order, deposits or refunds, exact pricing, or anything requiring judgment — are handled or reviewed by a member of our team. We do not use your personal messages to train third-party AI models.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • between Karigur and the North American Flagship, as needed to serve you;
  • with service providers who work on our behalf under confidentiality obligations — for example our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping and logistics carriers, email/messaging and customer-communication tools, and analytics providers (only where enabled — see Section 6);
  • where required by law, to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or lawful request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and
  • in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger, acquisition, or reorganization), subject to this Policy.

6. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work, remember your preferences, support your cart and checkout, and understand how the Site is used.

Analytics are gated: the Site includes a Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4 loader that runs only if and when an analytics ID has been configured in the theme settings. At launch, the Site loads Google Tag Manager, which in turn loads Google Analytics 4, to measure usage (such as page views and the consultation and product events configured in our analytics setup) so we can improve the Site and understand interest in our consultations and pieces. Until an analytics ID is configured, no Google Analytics / GTM tracking is loaded.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here — to serve you, complete and support your order, and meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements — after which we delete or anonymize it. Order and financial records are kept for the periods required by applicable tax and accounting law, and consultation and inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to serve you and maintain our relationship.

8. How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, apply least-privilege access internally, and keep records of how information is handled. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information and to limit access to those who need it.

9. International handling of your information

Karigur is based in Pakistan and the North American Flagship is based in Canada, and our service providers may operate in other countries. This means your personal information may be processed and stored in Pakistan, Canada, and other jurisdictions whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we take steps to protect your information when it is transferred across borders.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of your information;
  • withdraw consent (including to marketing) at any time;
  • object to or restrict certain processing; and
  • request a copy of your information in a portable format.

To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. If you are in Canada, you may also raise a concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial privacy regulator; we will work in good faith to resolve any concern directly.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version here. Material changes take effect when posted.
