I purchased my wedding lehenga here and had an excellent experience! I bought mine off the rack as I didn't have time to custom-order, and it was the most beautiful lehenga I could imagine. There were plenty of options and the staff were extremely helpful. I got all the alterations done in time for my August wedding. 10/10 experience and 10/10 bridal selection!

Great experience working with Palak to design my sherwani for my wedding. She helped me go through various design ideas to create a custom sherwani and shawl, adding subtle details such as our initials and customizations to match the bride. I had a wonderful experience custom-designing my wedding gown at Karigur. Palak and her team are nothing but exceptional and knowledgeable at what they do. My dress turned out beautiful, and despite not loving one aspect of it, Palak was quick to address it and find a solution. I had a wonderful time at Karigur finding my shaadi outfit! I visited multiple times and the attendants were always patient and attentive when it came to preference and budget. I had a complicated situation that required a lot of back and forth, especially since I was from out of town, and they were so generous and patient. My advice to brides looking at custom items: choose a colour more forgiving to changes in hue, since pieces are hand-dyed. I ended up going with an off-the-rack piece that my whole family loved!

Absolutely incredible experience! They have a great selection of bridal wear and accommodated all the changes I wanted. My dress arrived within four months of ordering and looked better than I imagined. When my event got pushed to a later date, they told me not to worry — they'd help with any alterations later when it was time. I've bought four bridal outfits from Karigur and absolutely love all of them. They have so many options and Mansi was amazing — she worked with my budget and addressed every concern. I got my Nikkah outfit in 2022, then my mehndi, rukhsati, and reception outfits in 2023. All were off the rack. Because they had been tried on, a little beading had come off — but Mansi assured me it would all be fixed with alterations, and the dresses were perfect right up to the last day. Highly recommend!

From the initial consultation to the final fitting, the team was welcoming, attentive, and accommodating, and I appreciated their effort to make things right in time for my big day.

I was looking for a dress to host a large banquet dinner, but as I live outside of Ontario it was challenging to find a place to order from. The service here was exceptional. The staff were always competent and pleasant, and they quickly sorted out alterations and shipping. The dresses I bought are of exceptional quality — the photos on the website truly don't do them justice. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be ordering again!

I contacted Karigur Bridal for my wedding dress. I had a dress in mind that I'd saved a picture of two years ago. I set an appointment for a FaceTime consultation and they had the exact dress I'd imagined. They customized it to a perfect fit. I only had about two months and they expedited everything for me. They even helped me get measured by video call since I didn't have a tailor available. I went to Canada to pick up my dress (I live in the USA) and I fell in love with it — even better than I had imagined, and the fit was perfect. The owners and employees are the sweetest people and their customer service is the best.
