Terms of service
Last updated: June 23, 2026
Welcome to Karigur Bridal. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”) and the products, content, and services we offer through it. Please read them carefully. By browsing the Site, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Karigur and Karigur Bridal — including this website, the brand, and the brand’s social media accounts — are owned and operated by HR Collections Pvt. Ltd. (“Karigur”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), headquartered at Noori House, Phase 2, Defence Housing Authority (DHA), Karachi, Sindh 75500, Pakistan.
North American orders are fulfilled by Karigur Bridal — North American Flagship, 5602 Tenth Line W, Unit 119, Mississauga, ON L5M 7L9, Canada (the “North American Flagship”), which is the seller of record for those sales: it charges, ships, and stands behind North American orders, and handles their returns and exchanges as described in our Shipping and Returns & Exchanges policies. The North American Flagship operates as a branch of Karigur; it does not own the Karigur brand, this website, or the brand’s social accounts.

2. Eligibility and your account
You may use the Site only if you can form a legally binding contract under the law that applies to you, and only for lawful purposes. If you create an account or submit an inquiry, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account or contact details.
3. Brand, name, content, and intellectual property
The name “Karigur”, the name “Karigur Bridal”, our logos, brand marks, trade names, and the brand’s social media accounts are owned by Karigur. All content on this Site — including text, photographs, video, graphics, page design, look-book and collection imagery, written copy, and the selection and arrangement of all of the above — is owned by Karigur or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property and unfair-competition laws.
You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not, without our prior written permission:
- copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Site or its content;
- use our names, marks, or imagery in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist;
- use the Site content to train, fine-tune, or build any dataset or machine-learning model; or
- frame, scrape, or systematically extract Site content.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Products, descriptions, and imagery
We work hard to present our pieces accurately. Even so, colours, fabrics, embellishment, and hand-finishing can vary between screens and in person, and South Asian bridal and couture pieces in particular are made or finished by hand. Small variations are a natural feature of handcrafted work and are not defects.
Some pieces are shown for design reference and for booking a private consultation rather than for immediate online purchase. Where a piece is inquiry-only, no price is shown online and no “add to cart” is offered; the investment is shared privately during your consultation. We may correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission, and may change or update information (including prices and availability) at any time without prior notice.
5. Consultations, custom and bridal commissions
Booking a private bridal consultation is free and creates no obligation to buy.
Custom and bridal commission work is made to order. When you proceed with a commission or a made-to-order piece, additional commission terms apply — including any deposit, the production timeline, measurements and fittings, and which parts of an order are non-refundable once work has begun. Those terms are set out in your written commission agreement and in our Returns & Exchanges policy, and they form part of these Terms for that order.
We do not guarantee exact delivery or “ready” dates through the Site, automated messaging, or general correspondence; timelines for made-to-order work are confirmed in your commission agreement.
6. Orders, pricing, and payment
All prices for North American online orders are shown and charged by the North American Flagship in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of any applicable taxes and shipping unless stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, where a product or price was listed in error, where we suspect fraud, or where an order breaches these Terms. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount charged.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract of sale is formed only when the North American Flagship accepts and confirms your order.
We do not quote exact custom prices through automated messaging or general correspondence; pricing for couture and bridal work depends on the piece, fabric, handwork, customization, and timeline, and is shared during a consultation.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security, or its underlying infrastructure;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data;
- upload or transmit malicious code, or use the Site to harass, defame, or harm others;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or
- use any automated means to access, scrape, or copy the Site except as permitted by our published
robotsrules.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (for example, payment processing, shipping carriers, messaging platforms, and analytics). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that third party’s terms and privacy policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Nothing in this section limits any warranty or guarantee that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you as a consumer (see Section 12).
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karigur and the North American Flagship will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site or any order will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you — including, for consumers, mandatory consumer-protection rights (see Section 12), and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Karigur, the North American Flagship, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law and your consumer rights
These Terms, and any dispute relating to the Site, the brand, or our intellectual property, are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and you and we agree to submit to the courts of Sindh, at Karachi, except where the law that applies to you as a consumer requires otherwise.
This does not take away any mandatory legal rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country, province, or state. If you are a consumer resident in Canada, for example, you keep the protections and remedies available to you under applicable Canadian and provincial/territorial consumer-protection law (such as Ontario consumer-protection law), and nothing in these Terms reduces those rights. Where mandatory local consumer law conflicts with these Terms, that local law prevails to the extent of the conflict.
Sale, fulfillment, returns, and exchanges of North American orders are handled by the North American Flagship and are also subject to applicable Canadian and Ontario law as the place of sale and shipment.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order was placed.
14. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our Shipping and Returns & Exchanges policies, and any commission agreement you sign, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior understanding on that subject.
