Screens never show colour quite as it is, so we talk it through together. For many custom orders we are able to provide fabric swatches, and your bridal consultant will walk you through it.

How long is it?

How do I see the embroidery on video?
We bring each piece close to the camera and show you the handwork in detail. For many custom orders we are also able to provide fabric swatches, and your consultant will walk you through it.
How do measurements work from a distance?
Your consultant guides you through them on video, ideally with someone helping you in person, and every figure is checked before cutting begins.
What if it does not fit?
We cover alterations on custom orders. When your outfit reaches Toronto we measure it carefully and make any alterations here ourselves, and if you can come in, you fit it with us at the flagship.
How long does a custom outfit take?
3 to 4 months from the date of your deposit.
Can I change my time?
Of course, at no charge. If you can, let us know 24 hours or more ahead.
