North American orders are sold and fulfilled by Karigur Bridal — North American Flagship, 5602 Tenth Line W, Unit 119, Mississauga, ON L5M 7L9, Canada, the seller of record for those orders, so you have a local point of contact in Canada for delivery, returns, and support. Where We Ship

Karigur ships across Canada and the United States, with local pickup at our Toronto flagship by appointment.

Processing & Delivery

• Processing: in-stock ready-to-wear orders are processed within 2 business days.
• Canada: free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD. Greater Toronto Area: 2 to 5 business days. Rest of Canada: 2 to 10 business days.
• United States: standard shipping 3 to 8 business days; expedited 2 to 3 business days (varies by location).

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or events outside our control. Shipping cost, where it applies, is calculated at checkout based on destination and method.

Custom & Bridal Orders

Custom pieces are made to order at Noori House Atelier and finished with fittings in Toronto. Standard production runs up to 3 months from order date; an expedited bridal service may be available within 2 months, subject to atelier capacity. Your timeline is confirmed in writing at your consultation. The standard ready-to-wear processing times above do not apply to made-to-order, custom, or bridal commission pieces.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and customs fees. These vary by country, cannot be calculated in advance, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Your consumer rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not take away, the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you — including applicable Canadian and Ontario consumer-protection law for Canadian customers.
