Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges for North American orders are handled by Karigur Bridal — North American Flagship, 5602 Tenth Line W, Unit 119, Mississauga, ON L5M 7L9, Canada, the seller of record. This policy forms part of our Terms of Use and works alongside our Shipping policy.

Online Ready-to-Wear Purchases

Full-priced ready-to-wear items purchased online may be returned within 5 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition with any tags attached. Email info@karigur.com within the window and we will guide you through the process — including any return-shipping arrangements — before you send anything back.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is faulty or applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Custom Orders & In-Store Purchases

Each custom Karigur creation is crafted exclusively to your measurements and preferences, so custom, made-to-order, and bridal commission pieces cannot be returned or cancelled once production begins, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Deposit and balance terms for commission work are set out in your written commission agreement. In-store purchases are reviewed and confirmed with you at the flagship before they leave our hands.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Handcrafted South Asian bridal and couture pieces naturally show small variations in colour, fabric, and finishing; these are features of handwork, not defects. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery (and in any case within any period required by applicable consumer law), with photos and your order number. We will make it right — repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate — in line with your legal rights.

Your consumer rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not take away, the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you — including applicable Canadian and Ontario consumer-protection law for Canadian customers. Where mandatory consumer law gives you stronger rights than this policy, that law applies.
