Aalam is a black groom's sherwani in self-textured silk, with a gold-worked stand collar and cuffs in raised gold zardozi.

The fitted, full-length sherwani carries a tonal diamond-lattice weave throughout, with gold embroidery framing the band collar and sleeve cuffs, decorative gold buttons down the placket, and a matching gold-bordered turban and embroidered stole.

Includes:

  • Sherwani, textured silk
  • Trousers, plain white
  • Turban, gold-bordered
  • Stole, embroidered drape

The set can be tailored on commission, a contrast trouser, plain stole, or a matching pocket square.

Each piece is drawn as a khaka and embroidered by hand on the adda at Noori House, our Karachi atelier, over many hundreds of hours.

Made for your Baraat or Shaadi alongside the bride, available off-the-rack or fully made to order (colour, fabric, silhouette, sleeves, kaam, and pieces), by private consultation.
