Amaya is a deep bridal-red farshi look, a heavily worked knee-length shirt over a flared farshi lehenga, draped with a head-veil dupatta, all in dense gold zardozi.
The fitted shirt carries gold across the bodice, neckline, and sleeves in zardozi, dabka, naqshi, sequins, and stones, opening over a jamawar farshi lehenga with a ruffled, gold-bordered hem; the dupatta is scattered with booti and finished in embroidered borders.

The set can be tailored on commission, a matching potli or plain trousers to wear it again later.
Each panel is drawn as a khaka and embroidered by hand on the adda at Noori House, our Karachi atelier, over many hundreds of hours.

What is the Amaya?
Amaya is Karigur's deep-red farshi bridal, a heavily embroidered knee-length shirt over a flared jamawar farshi lehenga with a head-draped veil dupatta, in dense gold zardozi, dabka, and naqshi, hand-embroidered at our Karachi atelier. Designed for the Baraat or Walima; available off-the-rack or fully made to order, by private consultation.

Bridal is made to your measurements, taken at your fitting. Local fitting and alteration support is available at our Toronto flagship; small tolerances are normal for hand-finished garments.

Heritage handwork, worked by hand at Designed & hand-embroidered at Noori House, our Karachi atelier: Zardozi, Dabka, Naqshi, Sequins, Stones.
Kaam density: Very heavy. Hand-embroidery runs to 700–1,200+ hours across the hands of many karigars.
Handcraft & Colour
Each piece is finished by hand, so slight variations in embroidery, beadwork, and finish are natural and part of its character. Colours may differ subtly between screen and fabric.
