Arooj is a sage-green formal suit, a straight-cut velvet shirt with jamawar trousers and a matching dupatta, lit with antique-gold dabka, sequins, and stones.

The round-neck shirt carries a dense floral yoke, scattered gold booti across the body and sleeves, tasselled cuffs, and a heavy embroidered hem border; the jamawar trousers and tissue dupatta finish with a beaded, fringed velvet edge.

Includes:

  • Shirt, embroidered velvet
  • Trousers, jamawar silk
  • Dupatta, fringed velvet border

The set can be tailored on commission, a matching potli or plain trousers to dress it down for later.

Each motif is drawn as a khaka and embroidered by hand on the adda at Noori House, our Karachi atelier, over many hundreds of hours.

Made for your Mehndi or Sangeet and intimate Shaadi events, available off-the-rack or fully made to order (colour, fabric, silhouette, sleeves, kaam, and pieces), by private consultation.
