Diya is an ivory front-open bridal gown over a lehenga, worked all-over in raised silver zardozi with dabka, pearls, and sequins.

The square-neck bodice and fitted full sleeves carry dense tonal embroidery onto a flowing net gown, with a belted waist, a sheer beaded back yoke, and 3D floral kaam along the borders and hem of a short train.

Includes:

  • Gown, front-open, embroidered
  • Lehenga, net base
  • Belt, embellished sash
  • Veil, head-draped net
  • Potli, matching beaded

The set can be tailored on commission, a deeper colour, lighter kaam, or plain trousers to wear it again.

Each panel is drawn as a khaka and embroidered by hand on the adda at Noori House, our Karachi atelier, over many hundreds of hours.

Made for your Walima or reception, available off-the-rack or fully made to order (colour, fabric, silhouette, sleeves, kaam, and pieces), by private consultation.

Fittings & Alterations

Bridal is made to your measurements, taken at your fitting. Local fitting and alteration support is available at our Toronto flagship; small tolerances are normal for hand-finished garments.

Craft & Detail

Heritage handwork, worked by hand at Designed & hand-embroidered at Noori House, our Karachi atelier: Zardozi, Dabka, Pearls, Sequins, Threadwork.

Kaam density: Very heavy. Hand-embroidery runs to 700–1,200+ hours across the hands of many karigars.

Handcraft & Colour

Each piece is finished by hand, so slight variations in embroidery, beadwork, and finish are natural and part of its character. Colours may differ subtly between screen and fabric.
