Zahira is a beige-and-gold raw-silk formal that lets a heritage dupatta do the talking. The straight kameez has a warm golden sheen with fine gold zari borders at the cuffs and hem, worn over matching palazzo trousers. It is styled with a maroon-and-mustard bandhani (tie-dye chunri) dupatta finished in a gold zari border, a craft with deep roots in the subcontinent.
Zahira is drawn as a khaka in our Noori House atelier in Karachi and finished by hand, with the zari borders worked on the adda frame. The neutral base keeps the look versatile for nikkah, family functions, and formal evenings, while the bandhani dupatta adds colour and story.
